When you work in an office, the morale of the entire office is really important. The truth is the morale or attitude set forth by the company sets the tone for the entire office. Even if these attitude problems are some of the hardest workers in the office, they tend to negatively affect others in the office. Knowing when to let an employee go for the sake of others is an important part of management.
Reflect on these key points:
- -People with bad attitudes can bring down company morale.
- -Though the individual may be a hard worker, their attitude may hurt the company morale.
- -Consider getting rid of individuals with bad attitudes in the work place.
