To keep employees engaged as well as happy, you need not only to listen to their feedback but also make changes based on their feedback when possible. Employees who feel their contributions help make changes feel valued and can be more productive. Make sure you keep open and safe communication for employees to give feedback and if you can’t implement changes you need to let them know that their opinions are still valued and keep communication open.
