Even though there are lists about being the best place to work; the list is likely not real. The places who make it on these lists just work hard to get on the list, so it is likely that the best place to work is not on this list. The reality is that many places to work are very similar and include various benefits. Someone at the companies on these lists just decided that it was important to get on the list, so they did the legwork.
