Life is never given to us in terms of how we should live or behave. By staying present and thinking about how we can best live our lives for ourselves, we are preserving our mental health. Various questions can be used to teach ourselves how to live effectively. Most importantly, these questions should be used to look inside of the individual, inside of ourselves, and not to look inside of others. We must first look out for our own path.
