3 Under-the-Radar Tricks For Hiring Decent Millennials

Hiring good millennials requires some adaptations of traditional recruitment practices. Millennials are more interested in having a guaranteed salary than a variable one, dependent on incentives. A position title that sounds higher, and implies a lot of responsibilities, may be intimidating to millennials, and a blander sounding title may make them more comfortable with the job, though the responsibilities are the same. Be aware that millennials have been told that their prospects of finding a good job are not great, so they may feel intimidated by requirements that stress degrees, and work experience, and millennials may feel more comfortable if more basic qualities such as a desire to answer questions, help others, and offer advice are used in the description of job requirements.
