Burnout?
Having a Type A personality is common among dental professionals. We work in small spaces with a focus, precision and detail that is quite remarkable. We take pride in what we do, and we give our all—day in and day out. We are highly motivated and set high expectations. Those of us in dentistry have a deep, dark struggle with seeing our failures as a learning experience.
