Working in a dental office can be taxing on your body both mentally and physically. Sitting in one position for a long period of time while working on patients doesn’t exactly help our posture. Though we know we need to move, we find a groove and want to just keep rolling along until it’s quitting time. I’m preaching to the choir, I know, but a reminder never hurts.
