Many people harbor negative feelings toward themselves in ways that should not be participated in. We have to learn to respect ourselves for who we are if we expect to have a worthwhile and full life. In order to do this there are certain things that we can avoid saying to ourselves. We should stop saying self deprecating things such as telling ourselves that we aren’t good enough, or that we don’t have enough. We should also stop allowing others to take our moments away.
