There is a step by step process to help get started from knowing you need to make changes all the way to making sure the changes become permanent. • 2Preparing an organization for change requires communication, training, and reinforcement.
  • 3Change needs to take place person by person, rather than all at once.

“We need to change so we can get the best talent and crush the competition.”
