The frantic pace of “hustling” tends to result in more inefficiency and working harder rather than smarter. For example, pulling an all-nighter to finish a task can actually lead to worse results than tackling the same task when you are rested. Hustle focuses too little on the big picture, and doesn’t teach you the fundamentals you really need to master. It is also very likely to lead to psychological, physical and emotional burnout.
