Creativity breeds productivity in the workplace but not everyone is a technically creative individual. Because of this companies need to set up a system to foster creativity. These steps include preparation, ideation and implementation. New hires can be introduced to this process during the onboarding process r even identified for their creativity during the interview process. Managers also need to be willing to follow through with employees, making sure the process is working as it was planned to work.
