With a few simple steps, you can learn what he’s done to achieve proper synergy within his team. First, he took ownership over the disorganization in an effort to remove pressure from the backs of his subordinates. Then he went on to set his expectations moving forward. Lastly, he eased them into their roles by asking for feedback from each individual respective to their assignments, effectively making them feel more responsible and important in the process.
